Residential Treatment Program
At Dr. Paul’s At The Bay, we take a uniquely individualized approach to recovery. Upon admission, counselors meet with each patient to assess addiction history and address all underlying issues therein. Collaborating with the doctors on staff, the counselor will develop an individual medical and therapeutic program for the patient’s recovery. A minimum of 28 days is what is recommended when entering a residential treatment program, but Spencer Recovery Centers can accommodate any length of stay. By residing at the facility twenty-four hours a day, patients are removed from all unhealthy abuse triggers and immersed in an environment conducive to recovery. The location and accommodations at Dr. Paul’s At the Bay are comfortable and create a soothing place to focus on growth and rehabilitation.
The Program Includes:
- Group Counseling
- Private Counseling
- Education
- Goal Orientation
- Relapse Prevention
- Nutrition and Fitness
- Building Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence
Treatment Goals
By the end of the residential treatment program, the patient will have established both short and long-term goals for a sober life, and have improved their mental and emotional stability. With help from the clinical staff, clients will set up an after-care plan, engage in 12-Step work, and establish a sober support system. Additionally, they will have renewed hope and faith that they can enjoy life fully in sobriety, as they are safely guided back into everyday life.
